Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Free Diagnostic stays free forever — try it on your real data first.
How does the free trial work?
Starter and Pro include a 14-day free trial. We require a card to start it; you can cancel anytime in Settings, no questions asked.
What if I have multiple xlsx files?
Drop them all at once. The auto-clean step detects whether to combine them as slices of one dataset or use only the newest snapshot.
Where does my data live?
In a Postgres instance hosted in Supabase's US-East region. Encrypted at rest, scoped to your workspace via row-level security. EU residency on the roadmap.
What if I cancel?
You get a 7-day grace period where every paid feature still works — including exports. After that, the workspace drops to Free; your data stays.
